We are now located inside Kendall's Tavern at 1304 S. Miller St. Shelbyville, Indiana. At Flame Kissed BBQ, we specialize in Texas-style BBQ, which means we use a dry rub and slow-smoke our meats over hickory wood for up to 16 hours. This creates a crispy bark on the outside and a juicy, tender inside. We also offer a variety of sauces to complement your meats.
